Boiling a few and feeding the to LGDs was a nice treat for them and added good protein to these wonderful working dogs. I now use up most and sometimes all of the eggs every week by making pickled eggs in a variety of flavors. Most popular have been the curry/mustard seed, and the garlic/peppers. Newest flavor is Rosemary/garlic - and think that will become just as popular.
